Job Summary:

Torreparedones is seeking a passionate and creative Culinary Experience Curator to join our diverse team in Andalusia, Spain. As a Curator, you will be responsible for crafting extraordinary dining experiences that celebrate the rich culture and diversity of our region. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and curate a variety of unique dining experiences that reflect the multicultural heritage of Andalusia.
Create innovative menus showcasing local ingredients and international flavors.
Collaborate with our talented chefs, sommeliers, and hospitality professionals to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Source and develop relationships with local suppliers, farmers, and artisans to maintain the highest quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into our offerings to deliver an outstanding and unforgettable experience for our guests.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a high-end culinary environment with a focus on multicultural cuisine.
Passion for creating memorable dining experiences and an understanding of how food can tell a story.
Excellent knowledge of Andalusian and international culinary traditions and flavors.
Creativity and ability to blend traditional and modern techniques to deliver innovative dishes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to curate multiple experiences simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse personalities.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages will be considered a plus.
