Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative communication strategies to engage our online community
Create and curate engaging content for different digital platforms, generating impactful stories and promoting our projects
Monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure unified messaging and effective communication
Analyze audience engagement and campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement
Participate in meetings, workshops, and events to create awareness of Oxfam Intermón Italy's initiatives

Requirements:

Previous experience in communication, public relations, or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
Passionate about social justice, environmental sustainability, and human rights
Excellent knowledge of digital platforms and trends, with the ability to utilize them effectively
Experience in content creation, including writing engaging articles, blog posts, and social media updates
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data to inform decision-making
Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement
