Responsibilities:

Research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.
Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to management and staff on legal compliance matters.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Create and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
Monitor and report on compliance issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance.
Keep abreast of new legal developments and best practices in the industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in legal compliance, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
