Position: Sustainability Outreach Coordinator
Job Description:
- Develop and execute innovative sustainability programs and initiatives within the community.
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and government agencies to promote sustainable practices.
- Create educational materials and awareness campaigns to increase public understanding of environmental issues.
- Organize community events and workshops to encourage sustainable lifestyle choices.
- Coordinate and manage volunteer programs for sustainability projects.
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate sustainability practices into all aspects of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, public policy, or a related field.
- Prior experience in community outreach, project coordination, or sustainability initiatives preferred.
- Strong knowledge of environmental issues and sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
