As a Creative Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting our orchestra with audiences and promoting our brand through innovative communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging communication plans to enhance the orchestra's visibility and reputation
Create compelling content for various media platforms, including social media, press releases, and newsletters
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
Manage media relations and act as a spokesperson for the orchestra when necessary
Organize and execute public relations events, including concerts, workshops, and community outreach programs

Requirements:

Proven experience in communication, public relations, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for music and the arts
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
