About the Position

We are looking for a talented Program Development Specialist who will work closely with our member schools to enhance educational programs, foster community engagement, and support strategic communication initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with school administrators and staff to identify program enhancement opportunities
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to improve the quality of education
  • Develop and execute community partnership programs to strengthen school relationships
  • Conduct research and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Create engaging content for various communication channels including press releases, newsletters, and social media platforms
  • Provide training and professional development sessions for educators on effective communication practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience in program development, strategic planning, or public relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
