Job Description:

At ITG, we are seeking for an enthusiastic and talented Innovation & Design Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading creative projects, driving innovation initiatives, and managing the design process from conception to execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of innovative ideas and concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer needs
Create detailed design briefs and ensure adherence to project timelines
Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and coaching to foster their creative potential
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, technologies, and design methodologies
Brainstorm and pitch new concepts to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in an innovation, design, or related role
Expert knowledge of design principles, trends, and methodologies
Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
