Your Role:

As a Senior Agricultural Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving Avolon's strategic efforts in the agriculture sector. Your main focus will be on identifying and developing new agricultural products and services that align with Avolon's objectives and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the agriculture sector
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to design and implement innovative agricultural product offerings
Managing the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring quality and timely deliverables
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and technology providers
Evaluating and mitigating potential risks associated with agricultural product development and market expansion

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Advanced degree in agricultural science, rural development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the agriculture or related industry
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing agricultural products or services
Deep understanding of the global agriculture market, including emerging trends and technologies
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market research into actionable insights
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
