Job Description:

As a Fishing Experience Specialist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for fishing while ensuring our guests have an exceptional and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Organizing and leading fishing excursions for individuals and groups
Providing in-depth knowledge about local fish species, techniques, and regulations
Instructing guests on proper fishing techniques and offering guidance
Ensuring safety measures are followed during fishing activities
Assisting in the maintenance of fishing gear and equipment

Qualifications:

Prior experience in professional fishing or guiding
Excellent knowledge of local fish species and fishing methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
