Position: Scientific Research Associate

About the Role:

As a Scientific Research Associate at FlevoWerk, you will play a crucial role in conducting cutting-edge research and laboratory-based experiments. Collaborating closely with our team of experts, you will contribute to the development and optimization of new technologies, ensuring accuracy throughout the project cycle.

Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing research protocols following standard procedures
Conducting experiments and analyzing data using advanced laboratory techniques
Preparing and presenting reports, documenting findings, and suggesting improvements
Contributing to the development and improvement of research methodologies
Collaborating with team members and providing support as required
Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring all safety standards are met

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, or similar)
Proven experience in a laboratory research setting
Familiarity with laboratory protocols, techniques, and equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Good organizational and time management skills
Effective teamwork and communication abilities
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
