Job Description:

Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER) is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Professional Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing accurate product information
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product range and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Knowledge of the retail industry and current market trends
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
Fluency in English and German; knowledge of French is a plus
