Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable environmental solutions within the hospital.
Research and evaluate new technologies, products, and processes to improve energy efficiency and minimize waste.
Develop strategies and initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and promote environmentally friendly practices across the hospital.
Provide expertise and guidance to department heads and staff to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about sustainable practices and encourage staff participation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in implementing environmental sustainability initiatives in a corporate or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of energy conservation, waste management, and other environmentally friendly practices.
Familiarity with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
