Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Innovation Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Innovation Research Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our research and development activities, focusing on breakthrough innovations and laboratory experimentation to enhance our winemaking processes and product quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead research and development projects to explore new winemaking techniques and enhance existing processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop innovative solutions
Design and conduct laboratory experiments to analyze grape varietals, fermentation processes, and aging techniques
Monitor and evaluate fermentation conditions, sensory characteristics, and analytical parameters for quality control
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and scientific discoveries to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with winemakers and viticulturists to implement research findings and optimize vineyard management practices
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Advanced degree in Enology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in wine research, laboratory analysis, and innovation
Strong knowledge of winemaking processes, grape varietals, and fermentation techniques
Proficiency in conducting and interpreting laboratory tests and experiments
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
