Position: Rehabilitation Therapist
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from sports-related injuries.
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create customized exercise plans to aid in their recovery process.
- Assist patients in regaining strength, flexibility, and motor function through a combination of therapeutic exercises and sports-specific training.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, physiotherapists, and nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and speedy recovery.
- Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery.
- Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Rehabilitation Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
- Experience working with athletes or individuals involved in sports-related activities.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics related to sports injuries and rehabilitation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
