As a Franchise Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our franchise operations without directly using the term 'Franchise/Chain.' You will work closely with our franchise partners, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and adherence to our company's standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with franchise partners
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees regarding operational procedures
- Monitor compliance with brand guidelines and standards
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for franchisees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
Qualifications:
