Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can take charge of sports development initiatives in Lombardy. As a Sports Development Specialist at FLIREAS, you will be responsible for:

Identification and analysis of sports-related research trends and opportunities
Collaborating with industry stakeholders to develop innovative programs and projects
Designing strategies to empower athletes and enhance their performance
Providing expert advice on sports policy and regulation
Contributing to the creation of training programs for sports professionals
Conducting research and publishing findings in reputable journals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Performance Analysis)
Proven experience in sports development or a related area
Strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in the sports industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation abilities
