About the Position:

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our diverse staff, including nurses, medical practitioners, and administrative personnel
Assess the ongoing learning needs and competencies of the hospital staff in collaboration with HR and department leaders
Develop educational materials, resources, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness
Coordinate and facilitate various learning initiatives, workshops, and seminars
Implement adult learning principles and utilize innovative instructional methods to engage learners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated experience in instructional design and training delivery
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with stakeholders
Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training software
