Job Opening: Operational Security Analyst

As an Operational Security Analyst at Bastian Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions to ensure the safety and security of our clients' operations. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of mission-critical processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate security risks.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive threat assessments and develop proactive security strategies.
Create and implement security policies, procedures, and training programs.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate security measures into operational workflows.
Monitor and analyze security system performance to identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements.
Coordinate with external partners, contractors, and agencies to ensure efficient security operations.
Stay updated with the latest security technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven work experience in a security-focused role, preferably within the Military/Security or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, threats, and best practices.
Experience in risk assessment, incident management, and emergency response procedures.
Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard security tools and software.
