Join Our Team as a Hospitality Specialist:

As a Hospitality Specialist at Lapland Safaris Oy, you will be an ambassador for our company, responsible for ensuring our guests' comfort and satisfaction. Your role will involve:

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating personalized experiences
Assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and providing recommendations
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the assigned work areas
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient service
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Valid work permit in Finland (EU/EEA citizens) or appropriate visa
