Sicilian Art Restoration Studio is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Cultural Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and promoting unique cultural experiences in Sicily that showcase our artistic heritage.

As a Cultural Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visitors' perception of Sicily's rich artistic traditions. Your creative and innovative ideas will help us develop engaging experiences that breathe life into Sicilian art and captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, develop, and curate cultural experience itineraries that highlight Sicily's art heritage
Create compelling content to promote and market these experiences across various platforms
Collaborate with local artists, museums, and organizations to incorporate authentic artistic elements
Coordinate logistics, including transport, accommodation, and catering for participants
Ensure the safety and security of participants during the cultural experiences
Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle financial aspects related to the experiences
Provide exceptional customer service and support to participants throughout their journey

Qualifications:

Prior experience in event planning, cultural tourism, or a related field
Strong knowledge and appreciation of Sicilian art and cultural heritage
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging experiences
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
