Join our Compassionate Team as a Caring Transport Coordinator

Position Summary:

Coordinate compassionate transportation arrangements for animals in need
Ensure safe and efficient transportation logistics
Collaborate with our dedicated team to achieve successful outcomes

Your Responsibilities:

Manage the transport schedules for rescued animals, ensuring timely and safe transportation to various locations
Coordinate with foster families, shelters, and veterinary clinics to arrange transportation plans
Ensure compliance with animal welfare regulations during transportation
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transportation activities
Assist in the recruitment and training of volunteer transporters
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, route planning, and vehicle maintenance
Collaborate with our caring team to ensure optimum animal welfare and quality service delivery

Your Qualifications:

Prior experience in logistics or transportation management
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about animal welfare and a strong advocate for animals
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and transportation management systems
Full UK driving license
