We are currently seeking an Advanced Technology Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Västernorrlands län, Sweden. As the Advanced Technology Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's human capital needs.

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates in the field of advanced technology.
Create and manage job postings, ensuring a broad reach to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical requirements of each role.
Build and maintain positive relationships with universities, technical schools, and professional organizations to attract top talent.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to develop a comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
Manage the recruitment process, including negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing roles, preferably in advanced technology fields.
Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and proactive with a sense of urgency.
