Position: Community Well-being Manager
Job Summary:
- Lead and manage community-centric initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life and well-being of individuals.
- Facilitate partnerships with healthcare organizations, NGOs, and community groups to drive impactful projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to address public health priorities, foster health consciousness, and ensure accessible healthcare services.
- Evaluate project outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community development, project management, or healthcare-related roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders and build partnerships.
- Knowledge of public health practices, health promotion, and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
