Position: Land Stewardship Specialist

Job Description:

Develop and execute sustainable land management strategies to foster agricultural productivity
Collaborate with local farmers and landowners to implement environmentally friendly practices
Conduct field assessments to identify land use opportunities and risks
Provide expertise in soil conservation, water management, and biodiversity enhancement
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote adherence to sustainability standards
Support the development of educational programs to raise awareness about sustainable land management
Monitor and evaluate the impact of land management initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in land stewardship

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an agricultural or environmental-related field
Proven experience in land management and sustainable agriculture
Knowledge of German agricultural policies and legislation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
