Position: Multicultural Engagement Coordinator

Job Description:

Plan, develop, and implement initiatives that promote multicultural understanding and inclusion within the community
Facilitate partnerships with local energy and environmental organizations to ensure collaborative efforts in promoting sustainable practices
Organize cultural events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about the importance of diversity, inclusivity, and sustainable development
Coordinate educational programs focused on energy conservation, environmental protection, and sustainable lifestyles
Collaborate with community leaders, stakeholders, and volunteers to drive engagement and participation in multicultural and environmental initiatives
Identify and secure funding opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and partnerships to support ongoing projects
Develop and maintain relationships with diverse community groups, organizations, and agencies to broaden our network and outreach

Qualifications:

A passion for promoting multiculturalism, diversity, and sustainable development
Knowledge of energy and environmental issues and a strong interest in addressing these challenges within a multicultural framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
Experience in event planning, project management, and community outreach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and familiarity with online collaboration tools
Fluency in Swedish and English; additional language proficiency is an asset
