Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our team at Valeo, a leading company in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive innovation, oversee art direction, and develop design strategies that align with our business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables
Provide art direction and guidance to graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals
Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance brand identity and positioning
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and external partners

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Creative Project Manager or similar role in a design-oriented industry
Proven track record of successfully managing complex creative projects from start to finish
Strong understanding of design principles, including graphic design and visual communication
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Proficiency in project management software and design tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
