Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies to grow our digital community presence
Manage and moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and engaging environment
Create and curate captivating content, including articles, videos, and infographics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with company goals
Analyze community metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign performance
Identify and collaborate with influential partners to expand our community reach
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:

Strong passion for building online communities and fostering connections
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing
Knowledge of web analytics and social media monitoring tools
