Your Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, airport services, and other relevant information
Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, security processes, and any special assistance required
Monitor and coordinate activities in the passenger terminals to ensure a seamless passenger flow
Collaborate with various airport departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality

Your Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service roles
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with passengers of diverse backgrounds
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in English and German; additional language skills are advantageous
