Responsibilities
- Lead outdoor adventure programs focused on promoting fitness, strength, and endurance
- Create and deliver innovative and engaging activities in various outdoor settings
- Ensure the safety of participants during all activities
- Instruct participants on proper techniques and skills related to outdoor adventures
- Motivate and inspire participants to reach their goals and challenge themselves
- Provide excellent customer service and address the needs of participants
- Maintain and oversee equipment and facilities
Requirements
- Passion for outdoor sports and fitness
- Experience in outdoor adventure instruction or related field
- Certifications in relevant disciplines such as rock climbing, kayaking, or mountaineering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate individuals of various skill levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- First aid and CPR certification
