Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions tailored to the retail industry
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute end-to-end projects
Providing technical expertise and support to sales teams during client engagements
Conducting market research to identify emerging retail technology trends
Evaluating and recommending technology solutions to enhance customer experiences
Overseeing the integration and maintenance of software and hardware systems

Requirements:

A proven track record in retail technology solutions with at least 5 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of POS systems, digital signage, and customer analytics technologies
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
