Job Overview:

As a Litigation Analyst, your primary objective will be to provide valuable legal support and analysis to our department's litigations and disputes. You will collaborate with external legal counsel, internal stakeholders, and teams across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and protection of the department's legal interests.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret legal documents, statutes, and regulations related to transportation matters.
Conduct thorough legal research, gather evidence, and compile case files.
Assist in drafting legal pleadings, motions, and other legal documentation.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on legal matters to guide decision-making processes.
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all procedural aspects of litigation are managed effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal analysis or a similar role.
Strong understanding of transportation regulations and relevant legislations.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
