Position: Animal Wellness Specialist

About the role:

As an Animal Wellness Specialist at ICON Health & Fitness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall wellness of our esteemed employees. You will oversee various activities that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity through unique initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fun and engaging pet-related wellness programs
Organize pet-friendly events and workshops to educate employees about pet health and well-being
Create and maintain a pet-friendly environment within the workplace
Collaborate with HR to devise policies and guidelines for pets in the office
Coordinate veterinary visits and pet therapy sessions for employees
Assist in managing the company's pet adoption program

Requirements:

Possess a strong passion for animals and their welfare
Demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills
Prior experience in planning and executing wellness programs is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively across different departments
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
A positive, enthusiastic, and empathetic approach towards employees and their pets
