Position: Wellness Community Architect

Your Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative wellness programs and concepts to promote a healthy and active lifestyle within our residential communities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute wellness initiatives and events.
Create and manage personalized fitness plans for residents, incorporating both physical and mental well-being.
Provide guidance and support to community members in adopting and maintaining healthy habits.
Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in the wellness industry.
Regularly evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of our wellness programs.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Sports Science, Psychology, or Health Promotion.
Proven experience in designing and implementing wellness programs.
Passion for sports, fitness, and promoting an active lifestyle.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse community members.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
