Your Role

As our Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with local organizations, government agencies, and nonprofit partners. You will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to enhance our community involvement, foster collaboration, and support worthy causes.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement plans and initiatives that align with our values and objectives
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including local government representatives, nonprofit leaders, and community organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas where the bank can make a meaningful difference within the community
Organize and manage events, workshops, and initiatives that promote community development and sustainability
Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and funding opportunities to support community-focused projects
Track and analyze the impact of our community engagement efforts and present reports to senior management

Your Qualifications:

A passion for community engagement and a strong understanding of its importance
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills
An innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and seize opportunities for growth
