Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement design concepts for production
Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and efficient
Create prototypes and samples for new products
Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Proven experience in design and production processes
Proficiency in design software and tools
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
