Collaborate with suppliers to source sustainable materials
Monitor environmental compliance and ensure adherence to regulations
Lead sustainability training programs for employees

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
Proven experience in implementing sustainable practices within a franchise or chain environment
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
Excellent project management and communication skills
