As a Compliance Assurance Specialist at Telia Company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our operations comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various departments to assess risks, implement compliance programs, and monitor adherence to policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting internal audits and assessments to identify compliance issues
Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
Collaborating with legal counsel to address legal issues and mitigate risks
Monitoring changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role
