Position: Legal Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations affecting the sports center
Review and draft legal documents, agreements, and contracts
Provide legal advice to senior management and stakeholders
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
Collaborate with internal departments and external legal counsel
Stay updated on changes in legislation and communicate relevant updates internally

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in law or a related field
Proven experience in legal compliance
Strong knowledge of Belgian and European legal frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
Fluency in English, with knowledge of French and Dutch being an advantage
