Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a Legal Compliance Manager to ensure our company's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our dedication to legal and ethical practices.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations within the industry.
Monitor and assess legal and regulatory developments, providing guidance to executive management regarding potential impacts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the organization, including managing training initiatives.
Establish ongoing monitoring mechanisms and conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance, proactively addressing any issues.
Act as a central point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries, providing guidance and interpretation to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with legal counsel and external consultants as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to compliance efforts.
Prepare reports on compliance activities for senior management and regulatory authorities when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualifications preferred but not required.
Proven experience in legal compliance, preferably within the energy or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify potential compliance issues and provide effective solutions.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in using compliance management software and tools.
Professional certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus.
