Position: Indigenous Affairs Strategic Analyst

Are you passionate about making strategic decisions that positively impact Indigenous communities? We are looking for dedicated individuals who can combine their military and security expertise with a deep understanding of Indigenous affairs.

About the Role

Develop and implement innovative strategies to address challenges faced by Indigenous communities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective policy development and delivery.
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations on sensitive and complex issues.
Conduct research to support evidence-based decision making.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in the military or security sector, with a focus on policy development and strategic planning.
Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures, histories, and issues affecting Indigenous communities.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
