We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as an Advanced Medical Devices Specialist at KZN Blind and Deaf Society's Assistive Technology Program. Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and implement advanced assistive devices tailored to the specific needs of our community.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to individuals using assistive devices.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical technology.
- Engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about the importance of assistive devices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing medical devices.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of assistive technology.
