As an Exclusive Heritage Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the rich heritage and historical significance of Normandy to our guests. Your responsibilities will include offering personalized tours, sharing insights into the region's cultural landmarks, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and informative tours of Normandy's iconic sites and attractions.
- Create memorable experiences for visitors by weaving together historical narratives and local folklore.
- Assist guests in discovering hidden gems and unique aspects of Normandy's heritage.
- Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring each visitor's needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for history, culture, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to captivate an audience.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of Normandy's history and heritage is a definite plus.
