Position: Performance Enhancement Specialist
Job Description:
- Develop and implement customized training programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in achieving their fitness goals
- Monitor progress and make appropriate adjustments to training regimens
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize performance and prevent injuries
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to ensure the use of current best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) is highly preferred
- Experience working with athletes of various levels and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated passion for sports and fitness
