Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability.
Collaborate with local farmers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural development or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in both written and spoken English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
