We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Pasir Ris West Community Club in the Northeast Region of Singapore. As a Legal Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization operates within the legal framework and maintains the highest standards of compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Provide guidance and training to staff on legal and compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update internal policies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and mitigate risks
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in legal compliance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
