As a Community Wellness Advocate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our local partners and indigenous communities, contributing to the enhancement of healthcare awareness and fostering a culture of wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with community members to provide health education and promote healthy lifestyles
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate wellness programs and initiatives
Advocate for healthcare access and resources tailored to the unique needs of Alaska Native populations
Participate in cultural events to promote holistic well-being and traditional healing practices

Qualifications:

Passion for community health and cultural preservation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of indigenous health practices and traditional healing methods is a plus
