Role Overview:

As an Innovation Catalyst at Scitech, you will be a key driver in our mission to revolutionize the way we approach Energy and Environment challenges.
Your primary responsibility will be to ignite and nurture inventive thinking among our talented scientists and engineers.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, you'll spearhead promising projects, encouraging cross-pollination of ideas to discover ground-breaking solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of creativity, empowering individuals to push beyond conventional boundaries.

Responsibilities:

Create an environment that champions out-of-the-box thinking and unconventional problem-solving approaches.
Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster collaboration and promote the generation of innovative ideas.
Guide teams in establishing robust frameworks to evaluate and prioritize projects based on feasibility, impact, and sustainability.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, enabling teams to leverage the latest scientific advancements and best practices.
Establish partnerships with external organizations, academic institutions, and industry leaders to drive collaborative research initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the Energy/Environment sectors, identifying opportunities for research and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

A proven track record in driving innovation within complex scientific/technical environments.
An insatiable curiosity, coupled with a passion for Energy and Environment-related challenges.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
Expertise in translating creative ideas into actionable plans and projects.
Adept at fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
