Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assess and mitigate legal risks related to business operations.
Develop and implement compliance programs and training initiatives.
Conduct internal audits and investigations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in regulatory compliance or a similar role.
Familiarity with Italian legal and regulatory standards.
