As a People Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee experiences at every level. Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies that promote a culture of engagement, recognition, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
Develop programs to drive employee motivation and recognition
Collaborate with departments to enhance teamwork and communication
Implement strategies to improve employee well-being and satisfaction
Manage feedback mechanisms and employee surveys

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive initiatives independently and collaboratively
