Position: Hospitality Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Create and implement innovative strategies to enhance visitor experiences
Assist in planning and coordinating events and activities for tourists
Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to visitors
Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to promote tourism
Maintain a welcoming and organized visitor center
Contribute to marketing and advertising campaigns
Stay up-to-date with local attractions, events, and services

Requirements:

Passion for customer service and tourism-related activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using technology and social media platforms
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related field is preferred
